I scored two really amazing pieces, this afternoon (in addition to some other rather nice, but uninteresting blouses). The first I’ve had my eye on for quite some time. It was priced long enough ago it was going to go on sale for half off soon, maybe even next week, but I’ve been lusting after it for what seems like eons; I didn’t want to miss it!
How cool is that necklace!? The beads are wood and glass, and the stones look like lapis to me, but I’m not 100% sure. It was priced at $7.99. Truthfully, it was a bit more than I would normally spend on jewelry at our store, but I know I’m going to get a lot of wear out of this piece.
I also bought a cotton ankle-length wrap skirt made in Pakistan. I just love the print! When summer comes back around, I’ll have so many styling options with this. While I have been slowly building my year-round wardrobe back up, Summer is definitely my time to shine, style-wise.
In other news, I am fairly certain that I have re-re-broken (fractured?) my pinky finger. Apparently that’s a thing. And, well, it’s actually kind of gross.
Have you thrifted anything good, lately? Tell me in the comments!
Thanks for stopping by. My name is Naomi, and this space is made of girldust. This blog is a picture of my comfortably scattered life on the coast of Maine. I'm trying to be a slightly better version of myself every day. I like old houses, reading, the ocean, ghost stories, and museums. You can learn a little bit more about me here.
